LELLAL.com is an online sales site that has been in existence for 16 years. It is the oldest Belgian jewelry e-shopping site.

NAVIGATE THE SITE

WHERE IS THE MAIN MENU?
The main menu of LELLAL.com is located at the top left of your screen. It consists of three small horizontal bars. Click on them. You will see the categories JEWELS, ENGAGEMENT, CREATORS and ABOUT US, with all their sub-categories.

HOW CAN I FIND A SPECIAL JEWEL?
LELLAL.com has a search tool. Click on the magnifying glass at the top right of your screen and type the object of your search (type of jewel, gems, creators, etc.) in the search bar that appears. Example: "tourmaline ring", "amethyst", "Françoise Zeegers", etc.

WHERE TO FIND SPECIFIC INFORMATION ABOUT EACH JEWEL?
Each product page includes a description of the jewel. This includes a general description of the jewel as well as its composition, the name of its creator and the manufacturing and delivery times.

WHAT GUARANTEE DO I HAVE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE JEWELRY
On the one hand, the LELLAL team has expertise in jewelry techniques and jewelry, as well as in gemmology. On the other hand, we work exclusively with creators, craftsmen and jewelers who are transparent about their manufacturing processes and the origin of the materials they use.

In case of doubt or if a jewel/creator does not meet the quality standards and the LELLAL segment, it does not enter our online catalog. Likewise, we only sell jewelry made of noble metals and set with natural stones.

HOW DO I SELECT MY RING SIZE?
Before adding a ring to your shopping cart, select your size by clicking on the "Choose your size" drop-down menu.

HOW DO I DO IF I DID NOT KNOW MY RING SIZE?

A size guide is available in the footer (at the bottom of the page). It will help you measure your finger size easily with a string. Still in doubt? We will help you select your ring size just via info@lellal.com

THE RING SIZE SHEET MENTIONED "ADJUSTABLE SIZE". MUST I ALSO SELECT MY RING SIZE IN THE SCROLLING MENU?
Some rings are adjustable. For your comfort, we suggest that you adjust the ring body to your own size before shipping your jewelry. If you do not know your ring finger size, this is not a problem. You always have the possibility to fit your adjustable ring around your finger yourself.

HOW TO VIEW THE LENGTH OF A NECKLACE
?
Each collar product page mentions the length of the collar. Can't you see what the indicated length is? A size guide is available in the footer (at the bottom of the page). It contains a drawing that will help you visualize each collar length.

HOW TO ADD AN ITEM TO THE CART?
On each product sheet, you can:
- Either click on "Add to cart". A window will then open with the contents of your basket. If you wish to continue shopping, simply close the basket window by clicking on the cross.
- Or click on "Buy". You will then be immediately. Redirected to the validation process.

HOW LONG IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
The delivery time of each jewel is communicated on each product sheet. This delivery time is effective from the date of receipt of payment of your order. Please note that delivery times vary from one piece of jewellery to another, some being made only when ordered.

I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, WHAT MUST I DO?
If you are not satisfied with your order, send an email to info@lellal.com to let us know that you would like to exchange or be reimbursed for your order.

CAN ALL JEWELLJEWELLS BE EXCHANGED
OR REIMBURSED?
Jewellery created to measure or personalized are neither exchanged nor refunded but can be adjusted (size, engraving, ...).

HOW MANY TIME DO I HAVE TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND MY ORDER?

You have 14 days from the day after receipt of your order to send us your complaint e-mail and send us back the entire package to the following address:
