1. The present general terms and conditions of sale govern the rights and obligations of the buyer ("You") and the seller ("Us" / "LELLAL") with regard to the products sold on our site, within the framework of a distance selling system. They also define the conditions of navigation on the site. "LELLAL": an initiative of the SPRL LELLAL, whose registered office is located Rue Charles Jaumotte 29, B-1300 Wavre. Registered under the company number 0887 577 912 (VAT: BE0887577912).
2. Before proceeding with any order, we advise customers who have logged on to our website to carefully read the general terms and conditions of sale below.
3. The placing of an order for the products presented in the electronic catalogue of this website is subject to the acceptance by the buyer, and is tantamount to acceptance without any reservation by the latter, of the entirety of the general conditions of sale set out below. The buyer's acceptance is materialized by his electronic signature, materialized by the "double click registration" appearing at the end of the ordering process. This electronic signature has value of handwritten signature between the parties.
4. "LELLAL" reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time the present conditions, partly or totally, being specified that when the purchaser places an order on the site, the applicable general conditions of sale are those in force on the site at the date of recording of the order.
5. The possibility of buying on line on our site is reserved to the private individuals having reached the legal majority, for a personal use without direct connection with a professional activity.

1. "LELLAL" will only acknowledge receipt of your order if the following information has been provided:
- the name and surname of the purchaser
- the complete address of the purchaser
- the complete delivery address if different from the purchaser's addressdelivery address if different from the buyer's address (P.O. boxes are not accepted)
- the buyer's telephone or mobile phone number
- the buyer's email address
- the reference of the item ordered
- the desired quantity of each item ordered
- the unit price of each item ordered
- the total price of each item ordered if the quantity of the same item is greater than 1
- the method of payment
2. By registering your order, you accept in their entirety and without discussion, the description of the products and the prices applied. By registering your order, you declare and acknowledge that you are fully aware of the general terms and conditions of sale that you accept fully and without reservation, and you therefore waive the right to rely on any contradictory document, including your own general terms and conditions of purchase. The registration of your order as well as all the data that we will have recorded will constitute the proof of all transactions between the seller and the buyer.
3. As soon as your order is registered, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt containing our full contact details, the product description, the quantity ordered, the prices including preparation and shipping costs, the payment and delivery terms and the existence of your right of renunciation. This email confirms that your order has been accepted by "LELLAL" and not that the product ordered is available. "LELLAL" is only bound by the order as of the sending of this acknowledgement of receipt.
4. LELLAL" reserves the right to refuse, without liability on its part, any order from a buyer, on good cause, particularly if there is a doubt or a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. Similarly, any order or delivery may be interrupted in case of refusal of payment by financial institutions authorizing payment.
5. For any order on its site, LELLAL offers as a gift a cosmetic brand Marinette Natural Cosmetics, without minimum purchase. Each product is supplied in a small, non-marketable glass bottle, with a leaflet containing its composition as well as advice on how to use it. Please refer to the brand's recommendations and conditions of use when using the product. LELLAL shall not be held responsible for any incident or inconvenience that may arise from the use of a Marinette Natural Cosmetics product. Any complaint about a Marinette Natural Cosmetics product offered with a LELLAL order should be made directly to Marinette Natural Cosmetics: info@marinette-beauty.be.
1. The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, VAT 21% included, excluding preparation and shipping costs which will be indicated at the time of your purchase and before its final validation.
2. "LELLAL" reserves the right to change its prices at any time and without notice in the event that there would be a variation in the prices of supplies, but undertakes to apply the rates in effect at the time of registration of your order, subject to availability at that date.
3. For any order to a country other than Belgium, the buyer is considered as the importer of the products ordered. The responsibility for "LELLAL" could not be committed in the event of nonrespect of the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is up to the buyer to make sure with the competent authorities of his country of the possibilities and modalities of importation of the articles which the buyer plans to order, and to respect them under the whole responsibility of the buyer.
4. For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, other local taxes, import duties may be required and are the responsibility of the buyer, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies. We advise the buyer to inquire with the competent authorities of his country.

For payments via PAYPAL: you are immediately redirected to the PAYPAL secure payment system. For your total security, the "LELLAL" site is equipped with PAYPAL technology to manage all online transactions by credit card and guarantee a secure payment.
PAYPAL INFORMATION: When you pay for your purchase on the site, you are automatically redirected in real time to the secure Paypal server. Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential data thanks to the implementation of SSL encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer - minimum encryption threshold set at 128 bits - Internet criteria for secure transactions). This means that your bank details do not circulate on the Internet and never arrive on our site or in our database.
The PayPal system is the only one that can debit your bank account for the total amount of your purchases. Paypal only sends us confirmation of payment.

The entire secure transaction is therefore managed by PayPal and is no longer the responsibility of "LELLAL".

1. Our product offers and their prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of available stocks.
2. The majority of the articles presented on the site of " LELLAL " are manufactured in limited series, with as a consequence a small number of parts in stock. The availability of the products, by size, is mentioned on the product pages.
3. If the article is available, it will be sent to the delivery address communicated by the purchaser within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the complete payment of the order. An estimate of the delivery time will be communicated to you in the email confirming your order. This estimate is given as an indication.
4. In the event of an article "available on order", "made to measure" or in the event of unforeseen out-of-stock condition, we will inform you of a possible extension of the delivery time. If this new deadline does not suit you, you will have the possibility either to cancel your order and demand a full refund, or to order one or more items to replace the unavailable product. If there is no response within 7 days following the sending of the email notifying the extension of the deadline, the order and the new deadlines will be considered as firmly accepted.
5. " LELLAL " can not be held responsible for exceeding the delivery time if it is due to circumstances considered as force majeure, such as strikes or failures of postal services or means of transport or communication, fire, flood, theft or any similar circumstances when they have the effect of delaying or rendering impossible the delivery. We shall not have to establish the unforeseeable or irresistible nature of the circumstance, nor the impossibility of executing the contract. Should the circumstances jeopardise the execution of the order in the manner provided for, we reserve the right, after having informed you, to cancel the whole or part of the order that cannot be delivered. In this case, we will reimburse the sums that you would have already paid for the cancelled part of the order.
1. The products are delivered by a carrier to the delivery address that was mentioned during the ordering process.
2. Delivery is made during office hours. Make sure you are present at the delivery address that has been communicated to us.
3. The delivery will be considered as made on the date of the first presentation of the products at the delivery address. Beyond this date, "LELLAL" does not incur any more responsibility as for the delivery of the ordered articles and the expenses which would be required by the conveyor to ensure complementary presentations. If you are absent at the time of the delivery of the ordered product, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to arrange a second presentation or to go to withdraw your order at the warehouse which will keep your order for 15 days.
Beyond these 15 days, the package will be reshipped to us at the expense of the buyer; all additional shipping costs will be charged in full.
4. "LELLAL" disclaims any responsibility for late delivery for any reason whatsoever.
5. You are advised never to sign the delivery order without having checked the package and its contents. In the event of damage related to the conditions of transport noted at the time of delivery or of nonconformity of the product delivered compared to the indications appearing in the purchase order, you will have imperatively to mention specific and precise reserves on the delivery order.
To be admissible any complaint must be addressed to us by email in the 24h following the reception of the products, failing which the delivery will be considered accepted by the purchaser.
In all the cases, our responsibility is limited to the pure and simple replacement of the damaged articles, and on the condition that our responsibility is proven.
6. In order to minimise the risks, the items ordered are always shipped in neutral packaging.
The transfer of property on the products ordered takes place from the complete payment of the price, preparation and shipping costs and VAT included, whatever the delivery date of the products.
The transfer of risks on the products takes place on the date of first presentation of the products by the carrier to the delivery address indicated.
1. In accordance with the legal provisions, the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 working days from the day after the delivery of the product (the delivery day corresponds to the date of first presentation of the product).
2. Before returning the products to us, we ask you to kindly inform " LELLAL " by e-mail. We will give you a number of return to be taken again in your mail.
3. Will not be able to be the object of the right of renunciation:
- The articles made to measure or having required a special order.
4. In the event of depreciation of the goods resulting from manipulations of the goods other than those necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the correct operation of these goods, you are responsible for this depreciation and could be indebted towards " LELLAL ". of a indemnité́ which corresponds to the aforementioned depreciation.
5. The various expenses of sending and return always remain the responsibility of the purchaser . Returns are made at the buyer's risk. We advise you to opt for a secure shipping method.
6. In case of exercise of the right of renunciation, refunds (excluding shipping and return costs) will be made within a maximum of 14 days following the renunciation, subject to the excellent condition of the products, as mentioned in point 3. Refunds will be made by the most appropriate method of payment for "LELLAL" according to the situation.

1. You have the possibility to return the articles which would not give you satisfaction up to 14 days from the day after the delivery date (corresponding to the date of first presentation). You may choose to exchange the items or receive a refund (less shipping costs).
2. Important: before any return, you must obtain a Return Authorization from LELLAL. This Return Authorization can be obtained by e-mail (info@lellal.com). You will then receive a return number to mention in your shipment. No returns will be accepted without a return number.
3. The following items cannot be returned:

4. In case of depreciation of goods resulting from handling of goods other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of these goods, you are responsible for such depreciation and may be liable to "LELLAL" for a indemnité́ that corresponds to the said depreciation.
5. Only one exchange per item ordered will be accepted.
6. All returned items must be accompanied by the reason for the return and the return number provided by " LELLAL ". In addition, the buyer will indicate if he prefers to proceed to an exchange against another article of the site or if he prefers to be reimbursed (excluding shipping costs).
7. The various expenses of sending and return always remain the responsibility of the buyer. Returns are made at the buyer's risk. We advise you to opt for a secure shipping method.
8. The refund or exchange will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned items, subject to availability of our stocks, and only if the product returned by you complies with the product that was originally sent to you, without damage, modification or intervention of any kind, as mentioned in point 3. In case of exchange, if the value of the exchange is higher, you will have to pay the difference before sending the exchange. If on the contrary the value of the exchange is lower, you will receive a credit for the difference. Refunds will be made by the most appropriate payment method for "LELLAL" depending on the situation.

1. The proposed products are in conformity with the Belgian legislation in force and we make every effort to satisfy you within the framework of our obligations of means.
2. "LELLAL" offers a legal guarantee of 2 years as from the date of purchase on each product sold on its eshop. The conditions of the guarantee can vary from one market or region to another. The warranty covers only damage that, in the opinion of " LELLAL ", is not caused by accident or improper use, normal wear and tear, alteration, attempted repair or negligence.
3. "LELLAL" disclaims any liability for breach of contract due to damages caused by your own fault, by an act of God or force majeure such as, without limitation, stock shortage or unavailability of product, defects or failure of suppliers of "LELLAL", disruption or partial or total strike including postal services or means of transport or communication, disasters, fires, floods, theft, failure or breakdown of equipment of "LELLAL", restrictions imposed by the authorities.
4. The choice and purchase of a product are placed under your sole responsibility. The total or partial impossibility to use the products in particular because of incompatibility of the material cannot give place to any compensation, refunding or questioning of the responsibility for "LELLAL", except in the cases of latent defect, defect or exercise of the right of retractation evoked in article 8. In these 3 last cases, "LELLAL" will be able to choose to eliminate the latent defect, to replace the defective or faulty product by another, or to refund it to the purchaser.
5. The responsibility for "LELLAL" could not be committed in the event of nonrespect of the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is up to the purchaser to make sure with the competent authorities of his country of the possibilities and methods of importation of the articles which the purchaser envisages to order, and to respect them under the whole responsibility of the purchaser.
6. The photos, texts and illustrations representing the products are indicative and do not enter into the contractual field. "LELLAL " does not incur any responsibility in case of difference between the presentation of the products and the delivered products.
7. " LELLAL " withdraws from any responsibility as for the contents of the sites referenced on www.lellal.com and the contents of the sites referencing " LELLAL ".
8. Any hypertext link referring to the site of "LELLAL" and using the technique of framing, deep-linking, in-linking or any other linking technique is strictly prohibited.
9. "LELLAL" disclaims any responsibility for the consequences of an act of malice caused by a third party that has resulted in a change in the content of the site.
The private and personal information transmitted to " LELLAL " is used for the good execution of the orders and for the personalization of any communication subsequent to the order. Your personal data will be treated confidentially.
